Shipping policy

At Candle Collective, each candle is hand-poured to order with care and intention. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All candles are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be hand-poured, cured, and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only and offer free standard shipping on orders over AUD $120, valid for a single order shipped to one address.

  • Orders are dispatched via a tracked postal service
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier. Candle Collective is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Candle Collective is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging every candle. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at candlecollective.aus@gmail.com. Approved claims will be assessed in line with our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Lost Parcels

If tracking confirms your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier. Outcomes will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation.
